Before founding GRANTED, Shannon spent years at Deloitte and PwC administering some of the largest federal recovery programs in the country; managing over $10 billion in grant portfolios across local governments, tribal nations, and mission-driven organizations nationwide. That experience shaped a practice built on Big-4 rigor, not guesswork.
Today Shannon leads a firm that operates across the full grant lifecycle: from opportunity identification and proposal development to post-award compliance and closeout. His clients include local governments, nonprofits, health systems, small businesses, development organizations, and institutions navigating federal, state, and private funding at every scale.
