GRANTED is a tech-enabled grant advisory firm based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We help nonprofits, local governments, higher education, and small businesses find, win, and manage grant funding, with over $100 million in non-dilutive funding secured for our clients.
We're at a pivotal moment, transitioning from boutique firm to AI-native platform built to scale our mission nationally. The founding team has built companies before, knows what it doesn't know, and is genuinely invested in the growth of people around them.
This isn't an entry-level role with a fancy title. You'll work directly alongside Shannon across platform development, grant research and writing, business development, government relations, marketing, project management, client relationships, legal coordination, and more.
Some of it you'll know. Most of it you'll figure out. All of it will matter from day one. You won't be managed into a box. You won't be handed busywork. You'll be in the room where it happens.
Education and experience aren't always reliable hiring metrics, especially in a startup. What we need is someone who can adapt quickly, contribute across shifting areas of the business, and bring real capability from day one. Here's what that looks like.

We'd love to see experience in grant writing or research, go-to-market strategy, startup environments, vibe coding or low-code automation, and operations. But none of it is a dealbreaker.
