These terms govern your use of the GRANTED platform and related services ("the Service") provided by GRANTED LLC ("GRANTED", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Questions: support@grantedco.com.
The Service is for organizations in the United States: nonprofits, government entities and institutions of higher education. By signing up you confirm that you are authorized to act for the organization you name and that the information you give is accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. The primary contact manages billing and may invite teammates.
The Platform plan is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $250 per month), billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails we will retry it, and access to paid features may be paused if it is not resolved. [Counsel to set refund and price-change terms.]
The Service helps you find, evaluate and prepare for grant opportunities, including with AI-assisted scoring, summaries and drafts. It is a decision aid. We do not guarantee that you will be eligible for, apply for, or win any award. Grant details, deadlines and eligibility can change or be misreported, and AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm requirements against the official announcement (the NOFO or agency page) before you rely on them or apply. The Service does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
You keep ownership of the information and documents you give us. You give us permission to use them to provide the Service, including processing them with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to provide them.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe its security, no scraping or reselling its output, and no providing false information to obtain an account.
The Service, its software and its design belong to GRANTED and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your organization's own grant work while your account is active.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, for violating these terms, or if we stop offering the Service.
