GRANTED LLC ("GRANTED", "we", "us") provides grant advisory services and a grant-matching platform for organizations in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@grantedco.com.

Information we collect

• What you give us. When you sign up or work with us: your name and work email; your organization's name, type, location, mission, funding needs and, if you provide them, its EIN and SAM UEI; and any documents or notes you upload or send us.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers and the status of your subscription.
• How you use the service. Grants you view, save or pass on, messages with the platform's assistant, and basic technical information such as log data and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Public information. We combine what you give us with public grant and organization data (for example federal award records) to find and score opportunities.

How we use it

• To provide the service: matching grants to your organization, sending alerts, and helping draft materials.
• To bill you, send service emails (sign-in, receipts, grant alerts) and respond to you.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and to improve how it works.

AI processing

Parts of the service use AI models provided by Anthropic to analyze your organization's profile and documents against grant opportunities and to draft text. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the platform. They may process your information only to provide their service to us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (bot protection on forms) and Google (appointment scheduling, and font delivery on this website, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads). Our job applications are handled by a third-party service, RightMatch, which has its own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information. Where it is stored

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. [Counsel to set retention periods.]

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or close your account, by emailing support@grantedco.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage billing in your account. You can opt out of non-essential emails with the link in the email.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is for organizations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
